 All bookings with Global Deluxe Travel are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.  

Global Deluxe Travel operates as an independent Australian travel advisor, affiliated with Archer Travel Service. All bookings are made through accredited global suppliers. Global Deluxe Travel does not represent itself as the supplier of travel products. 

 Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change until confirmed. Final pricing will be provided at the time of booking. Deposits and payments must be made by the due dates provided by the supplier.

 Each airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, and insurance provider has its own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies. Global Deluxe Travel is not responsible for any additional fees, penalties, or losses that may occur due to client or supplier cancellations or changes. 

 Global Deluxe Travel is not liable for delays, changes, government requirements, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for meeting visa, passport, and entry requirements for all destinations. 

I recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Insurance is essential to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.

Personal information provided to Global Deluxe Travel is used solely for arranging travel bookings and will not be shared except with suppliers involved in the travel arrangements.

By proceeding with a booking, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to the suppliers’ individual policies in addition to Global Deluxe Travel’s general terms. 

Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and entry requirements.  

Services are provided by third-party airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.

Dietary requests are communicated to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment and supplier confirmations are received
